Sparring Class

Friday night is open sparring from 6:45 - 7:45 PM
Although we do not practice point sparing on Fridays attendees
are expected to show focus and control

In order to participate in open sparring you should:

• - Have your own gear including feet, hands, head, mouth piece,
    and cup
• - A yellow belt rank or higher
• - Be at least 9 years old
